Drawing Settings

I am using the 2012 Civil 3D, I like the new import styles tool pallet. Long awaited!!!
My question is, that it doesn't bring the drawing setting with it. is there a way to bring my drawing settings from my master dwg into a current dwg.
I have a dwt set up with everything in it but sometimes I want to bring not only the styles etc but the basic dwg settups and layers etc.

It seems that a combination of the new tool and the use of the design center should do what you want.
