Member Stability Check

Anybody has any idea about member stability check carried out by robot for steel member design to eurocode 3 where the slenderness ratio is checked against a value of 210. Any backup or reference for this check, couldn't find anything in EC3

sry i need to check my eyes
in ec3
maximum slenderness
1 for members resisting loads toher than wind loads 180
2 for members resisting self weight and wind load only 250

i guess they made a 180+250 / 2
