    Default Section Head Text

    I've searched this site and older posts indicate it's not possible to control text so that is rotates with the sections head, but these posts are older. Has there been any resolution; I'm in 9.0? I've tried to check "Rotate with component" with no results.

    Attached is the family as far as I've been able to take it. The discussion is the same as that at

    but there was never any resolution there. Any suggestions would be appreciated (or even a "this still doesn't work because the programmers haven't gotten to it" would be appreciated if someone has that carnal knowledge).
