I write for the first time in this nice forum, to ask if you had my own impressions of the Dell customer care (I write from Italy). These days, I was trying to make a new configuration of a workstation for Revit Architecture. I was Dell customer for about ten years. The last time I bought Dell was three years ago, with a notebook Precision M6300. At that time, the customer care was Italian, and the employees very alert and intelligent, very smart guys.
Now, however, customer service has been moved all in France. Employees are always nice (even if there is no Italian!) But ... have no more time for pre-sales service! I did not like their style very fast, they want to assemble your order as quickly as possible, without thought and without doubt. If you ask about, or rather the configuration TIPS respond in a very ordinary, with standardized information.
I'm curious to see if this impression is only my impression ... or if any of you for something like that happened.
I, for the moment, do not buy a Dell.
