Precast concrete hatch

Hi there, is there a lisp routine or pattern file out there that can be used to represent precast concrete hatch

Need to fill a rectangle (precast panel) with circles with a diameter the same as the width of the rectangle.

am sick of drawing one circle and then arraying.

Why don't you just simply create a dynamic block which will update automatically?
