To date it is not possible to add notes to the bottom of a schedule.

I typically will place a drafting view below the schedule or you could use a Key Schedule for the notes. It will align / snap with one side of your schedule when they are placed on a sheet but you will half to eye the other side to match the width.

Since it is not possible I'm sure some one has come up with a different solution when using a revit schedules looking for ideas on different ways to handle and still utlize the smarts of the program

    Thoughts,

We use text on the sheet.

I use a drafting view called "Door Notes" or "Window Notes", etc. and put it on the bottom of the sheet far below the schedule.

Some firms have just moved their notes to the top of the schedule.
Create a custom header and "group" it with the header-less Revit schedule.

For all the functionality... really, this is not doable? Jeesh.

It's a data table.. notes are not data, its "fill in the blank"... Legends work great for stuff like this.

If you were still using Excel and put notes at the bottom of the schedule then someone said they wanted everything sorted a differently what happens to those notes if you don't lock them down? Same issue with Revit...everything is sorted a certain way.
