Metric/English Dimensions

Is it possible to have dimensions that display both English and metric dimensions?

Not the way you can in AutoCAD, with 'alternate units'.
Do a search on this topic and you'll find a number of workarounds (none of them particularly Revit like)

Hear, hear! Fractions hurt my head
It would make our conversion up here complete too. We still sell 4'x8' sheets of plywood labeled as 13mm and 19mm thick
You guys our still our biggest market and until you get over British Rule we won't switch over.
