Q: I am working on some devices that needs to have tags like point#, detail#, sheet# and etc. In AutoCAD it's simply an attribute and double click the text and edit it. What is the proper way of doing that in Revit MEP?

I'm in the middle of reading and researching that answer but if you could just please tell me or even give pointers/topics to look up into. Thank you so much, appreciate your help.

Look at project parameters and/or shared parameters.
In short, both the tag and the device need to have the IDENTICAL parameter.
