Can somene please explain this status to me and what causes it? Maybe a way to fix it.

My main problem is that Vault tells me the assembly is checked out to me but Inventor gives me the question mark and "Check in to add" to vault. Is this a glitch with the Vault and Inventor not synching?

Any help is appreciated. I have attended Vault training but it was very basic and we didn't cover this. I have attached a thumbnail to show you the red text and question mark next to it. I'm guessing the other items in the tree need to not be red in order for me to check this in?
