Where is my Detail Component Manager?

I am on Vista with ACA 2012

I just loaded ACA 2012 on my machine and cannot find my Detail Component Manager anywhere. After doing a search of my hard drive I found *one* AecDtlComponents (US).mdb in the C:\Users\me\Documents\Autodesk\My Projects\Sample Project 2010 directory.

I use this path in the AEC Content tab in Options but all I get is this message when I type in _AECDTLCOMPMANAGER.

Am I missing something in my install? I know I am doing something wrong. Forgive my lack of knowledge!

I figured it out all by myself! The program was loading the ACAD.cui file instead of ACA.cui.
