Default How to add foot (') symbol to line label dim

Seems so simple but my linear dimensions don't have a foot symbol (') suffix following the dimension, how do I add that to my style.
    thanks much,
    Sean

Edit the contents of the style and add the symbol where you need it.

Just put the ' mark after the label when you insert it.
