    Default Automatic Revit Cleanup tool/utility

I spend a fair amount of time cleaning out architectural and structural drawings so the links arn't so large.

A utility that does the following for you would be amazing ( as this is what I have to do for each file currently)

    Delete sheets
    Delete schedules
    Delete legends
Remove all linked files, Cad files etc
Option to delete all views(sometime I use linked views)
    Purge the model
export navisworks .NWC file to a desired directory
Save the link as a Central file with no backups.

Im on a project that all the linked files are over 2GB when I get them. after I spend 3 hours doing the above I can get the files down to a total of about 800MB.

Im doing excatly the same thing each time I receive a new model, if this could be streamlined so its run in the background or on a seperate computer/while im at lunch, that would be splendous.

A previous employer had an extension developed in house, so I know it can be done. I'm now looking for something to use under my new employer, did you ever find anything?

My previous company outsourced their BIM operations to RevitMart and they have a tool to cleanup models in 10 minutes, i know it sounds crazy but I think they only let their clients use this tool. When I changed my company, and called them to see if we could buy that tool, they refused but may be they'll start selling to non-clients someday!
