    Default HELP!! shape file issue

    I've been downloading and unzipping contour shape files from PASDA in explorer and then importing them into Autodesk Land Development Desktop. I have downloaded & imported over 58 contour shape files from the PASDA website which arranges the files by tiles. There is one tile that is giving me a problem. The error message reads as follows:

    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

    Runtime Error!
    Program: C:\Program Files\Land Desktop R2\acad.exe

    abnormal program termination

    In my base drawing I have the state plain coordinates already set to NAD83, PA83-SF. I have contacted PASDA and they have checked their files and have assured me that the issue isn't on there end. So not sure why the file is giving me the problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing the problem and how I can fix it please?

    Try converting the shp files to another format (SDF) then convert back to shp if that's all you can use in CD Companion.
