Summary: System Variable to allow Tool palettes to hide or better still close when I click on a Tool

Description: When working with one screen. Or even to speed up use. I would liek to be able to set tool palettes to close as soon as I have selected a tool. Once a tool is selected I want to draw it, not see my other tool palette options
