as we know we can create the floor or wall by concrete and finishes

Welcome to the forums.
You can't create 'layers' like you can with wall and floor assemblies but you could edit the column family to include finish layers that have material parameters.
I would suggest creating separate 'column finish' families that would be placed after columns are placed. This would give you a little more flexibility in terms of mixing and matching finishes, heights of finish, etc. with columns and would allow one discipline to manage columns (structural) and one to manage finishes.

In order to do this you really need to create your own column family from a standard column family template. You then want to model a structural and finishes extrusion and create a finishes width parameter to drive the width of this element.
Then create a finishes material and apply this to the new extrusion.
I attach a sample showing the type of things as it is quicker that writing this...

hi, I have created plaster layer in column, how to avoid the plaster at the intersection of walls with the column., is there a way to join wall plaster and column plaster automatically
