    Default Beam-Shear Wall link

    Hello,

Can anyone please tell me how to model the beam to shear wall link (connection).
I usualy see that engineers leave it for the software to model the FE and handle the connection by its self,
however, when I simulated lateral seismic action the connection seamed to be hinged.

There where no moments at the beam end, and the deformed shape of the beam is wrong.

One way would be to place a linear element (beam or column) along the length of the sear wall, but then I see shear forces caried only by the beam or column, and what about the wall rigidity ?

Other software had means to define a master node with specific restraints, to have a rigid body connection,

I have attached the file and a print screen.
    Please help!
