Summary: Add pipe properties to structure expression properties to create invert at wall expresion to use in structure label

Description: Add the pipe properties found in the structure properties dialog box ((connected pipes) invert in, invert out & slope) to structure expression properties so an expression can be created that would give the invert in & out at the structure wall, not the center of the structure, in the structure label. More and more jurisdictions are requesting this in there drawings.
