3ds max icon freezes

I have annoying problem with max. Uper-left "snake" icon freezes during my work. I have no access to saves options, asset manager, references etc. Anyone has this same problem?

What version are you using? Perhaps a screen grab of the issue would help us figure it out. ALT + PrintScreen will grab just the selected window. Do hot keys work or are they disabled too?

The link Icon? Using 2012 with no problems linking.

I am talking about upper-left 3ds max logo (snake like) where there are options like new, reset, open, save, import etc. I experienced this issue in Max 2010 and 2011. Didn't try 2012 yet. Quick access toolbar next to this "snake" logo doesn't freeze.
