In ACAD 2012 using Publish to create PDF files, the PDF file names do not default to the drawing name.
The first file name is used over and over so only one file is created.

No, still uses the first file name for all drawings plotted.
Are you using Adobe? or the built-in Acad pdf ability, or CutePDF, or ?????
And doing so does not include the Layout name in the title as well?

Yes it does. Say I have three drawings: A, B, and C, I end up with one file called A-Model.dwg.
The print log shows it printed drawings A, B, and C but used the same name for all drawings.
I am using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with AutoCAD 2012.
OK, but are all three drawings in that file as individual sheets, or is the first sheet being over-written by the following sheets, and _only_ sheet C is in the PDF?
