Default Revit Server - File crashes when creating new central

Hello - I am trying to replace a central file. I have deleted the central file via revit server admin console. I waited and checked to make sure the project and cache folders had cleared on each local server. When I detach a local file from central and then save it to the revit sever, it keeps crashing. My progress bar in revit hangs at 100%. I waited for nearly an hour and still no progress. In addition I have a yellow triangle with a black exclamation point in it beside the file on the revit server admin console. Help!

    Thanks

    Jonathan

I recommend that you save the detached model to your Windows desktop first, before saving it up to the Revit server. Creating a new central file from virtual memory can cause this issue. It looks like the yellow triangle indicates a model lock. Delete or rename the lock file(s) on the Revit Central server: \\Central Server Project\RevitModel.rvt\Data_User.lock and Permissions_Users.lock before re-creating the new Central model.

Thanks for the tip. However that still didn't work. After it reaches 100% progress, I get the yellow triangle on the revit server admin console

This has to do with File Locks. Please visit wikihelp.autodesk.com/Revit/enu/2012/Help/Revit Administration Guide/.....

thanks all for the assistance. problem was resolved by saving directly to the Central Server rather to a Local Server.
