Default Display of non contiuous wide linetypes is poor at verticies and doesn't display like a wide continuous one at a vertex

Summary: Non continuous linetypes, with a width, to behave like a continuous linetype at verticies. The continuous wide line merges around a vertex, where dashed linetypes become disjointed.

Description: The display of wide non continuous linetypes (dashed linetypes) is very poor at verticies. The continuous linetypes has a nice merge when it gets to a vertex so the width displays smoothly into the next segment. Dashed linetypes are shown in a broken and disjointed way around verticies. As ALL linetypes defined by a user in an lin are of the dashed type, then user linetypes are all displayed poorly.
