Offset feature line to surface
Summary: Would like a "Offset to Surface" tool included with feature line tools
Description: This tool would allow the user to specify a surface and a slope/grade for the selected feature line to be offset to. You would then have a "daylight" line to add as a breakline to a proposed surface. I know we have grading objects and they are well and good, but adding this option to feature lines would allow for situations where grading objects may not work or give unusual results.
