    Question Schedules in Schedules

Is there a way to get a SF (square footage) number from one schedule and divide it by another SF number in another schedule so I can quit having to manually type (and calculate) a Room Utilization Factor in another?

Perhaps I have out-thought the problem and I can make one schedule that does this for me? thoughts?

    thanks,

You need a "master schedule" from which you can create sub-schedules. Filter out data not needed in the sub-schedules.
