Still not getting fields to work in Title Blocks

I've gotten my sheet title block set up with fields for viewport scale, sheet title, and sheet number but what do I need to do for the fields to auto generate when I create a sheet?
I'm working n the project navigator if it matters.

Not in front of ACA at the moment, so this is from memory, and it has been quite some time since I tried to do any of this myself. For the viewport scale, you have to edit the field and select the specific viewport for it to display the scale of that viewport.

Someone else more familiar with sheet sets (and the Project Navigator version thereof in ACA) will have to address the sheet title and sheet number fields.
