Polygonal scope boxes or 4 point scope boxes with angles unequal 90 degrees
Summary: Make it possible to make polygonal Scope boxes or free form rectangles (angles not equal 90 degrees)
Description: Now only rectangles with 90 degree angles are possible.
Make scope boxes more able to follow the building form
