    Default problem with move command

When I use the "move" command and select an image to locate elsewhere on the drawing, all of the image will move except for one or two dimensions. The extension line extends along with the image, but remains anchored at it's original location along with the dimension. This occurs once in a while. I'm pretty sure I capture all of the image in the move window.

Is it actually an image or is it a collection of acad objects?
The dimensions are not part of an image so need to be selected as well as the image for the move command.

Is it possible that the Z coord is different on that end?

Sounds like the dim is "Associative". When you move the object it is associated with, the dim compensates. Happens all the time. We call it "Jumping Dims".
Just highlight the dim, and relocate the Jumped node using the grips.
You can turn off associated dims, but the benifits of associated dims are far greater than an occiasional Jumper.

See "Associative Dimensions" in the help.
