converting plus shapes into closed polylines

hi
i ve got lots of plus shapes coming from another cad programme and they need to be closed polyline. i add some pics to make my problem clear.

is there an easy way to do this? otherwise i ve got to do this one by one.

Set the variable PEDITACCEPT to 1.
Start the PEDIT comand, pick any line segment.
Type J / pick JOIN.
Window the line and everything around it. Any line segments that can be joined to the first segment, will be.

I first change the colour of the first segment so that I can see what other lines get joined to it.
