Default optimal computer specs for Revit MEP with large, complex models

I'm trying to figure out what to ask my company to purchase in a new machine to make Revit MEP run as fast as it can. I'm dealing with a model that is 200 MB and growing. At a minimum they are going to upgrade me and the other engineers that do a lot of work in Revit to the requirements recommended by Autodesk.

If I can get them to go above and beyond these specs, what is the best thing to ask for? More RAM, a faster processor, more graphics card RAM, or a solid state hard drive? I've heard that some people use a separate hard drive just for Revit. Does this really help?

Any advice, opinions, or links to external sources would be appreciated.
