Is there some kind of trick to plan notes? I'm open for any tips on how others are doing plan notes!
Choices that I'm aware of are text notes (manually typed or text imported into them), generic annotation families (for stuff that repeats alot), convert catalog pdf's, word docs, or excell spreadsheets to bmp or jpg's & import them into your view / sheet. Do the text in autocad or microstation & import the dwg. Write the stuff on a sheet of paper, scan it as a bmp or jpg, & import it.
Lot's of ways...
I usually just use text notes...and if they repeat just copy and paste it... if they repeat in multiple projects a generic annotation would work just as well...if they repeat in every project, then maybe use a template file with the notes in it...
Also, if your notes repeat you can group them. Then if you make a change to one instance (edit group), all the others will be updated automatically.
Thanks for the tips! I used text and groups and it works fine!
