Default Revit 2013 (Design Suite) VS. Revit Architecture

Anyone using Revit 2013 from the Building Design Suite? It has MEP and Structure built into it, but our firm only does architecture. I like to keep things simple, so I was thinking of staying with Revit Architecture. I'd wager the excess would just complicate things. I would like to hear from anyone who has installed this beast, thanks.

We have a couple seats of the Design Suite. You can turn off the Ribbon tabs for the MEP and Structural parts. But if you need to add a structural column for any reason to the Architectural model you have to enable the Tab again. This is easy to do. I have not had any issues with the users who have this version loaded on their computers. They seem to work as if nothing has changed.

All of our other seats are straight Revit Architecture. I am sticking with these because the subscription is cheaper and we really don't need all the bells and whistles MEP and Structural have. That is why we hire them.
