Multiple "send to back" and "bring to front"
Summary: Select multiple annotation items and have the ability to send the entire set backwards or forwards in the view. Currently we can only send one at a time to the back or to the front.

The usual reason for sending an object to the front is that it is obscured by something that object ought to be in front of.
Another CAD program I worked with in the past had a novel approach to the visibility of objects in a view. There was a "sort" property attached to the view. What this would do is calculate the distance from the eye point to the center of gravity (COG) of the object, then draw objects furthest away first, following with each object by distance from eyepoint, ending with the closest object to the viewer. This resulted in a view where closest objects obscured the objects behind them. This was a relatively "inexpensive" algorithm that didn't require any selection on the user's part.
One flaw to this approach is that the COG of some objects lies outside the object and can confuse the distance between the COG and the eye point. I'm sure the math majors at Autodesk can come up with a better concept than COG that produces a point that lies within the object in question.
