Default Horizontal work plane default for drains and diffusers

Summary: Change the default setting for drains and diffusers from vertical planes to horzontal planes.

Description: The default for drains and diffusers is for them to be placed on a vertical plane. Drains are always installed on horizontal planes (roofs, floors) and diffusers for the most part in ceilings. Can the default setting please be changed to reflect the most common use of these families?

hopefully when you say to change the default, you want the user to be able to choose the default and not revit. Let the user pick the default within the family. This would apply to all MEP families.
