Default RMEP Spaces to NW Clash, don't clash

Has anyone tried Clashing spaces written from RMEP2013 to NW2013? New feature capability, but I cannot get the Spaces to clash. I have even tried moving one space clearly intersecting with another, and still no joy.

In case you are wondering "Why clash Spaces", in setting up a RMEP model for Loads Analysis, I keep showing in the Loads app that I have Spaces overlapping but inside of RMEP i can't figure out where they are overlapping so that I can correct it. Hence why come I wanted to see it better and clash in NW.

Oddly, I finally got a clash, but had to change my rules settings. Once I un-checked "Items in same group/block/cell", then I got clashes.
