Default Navisworks Freedom 2013 - error opening....

Having a problem with a praticular laptop when running Navisworks Freedom 2013.

The splash screen comes up, followed by a "send error report to Autodesk" message box. The the software closes. There is a msg in the Windows event log stating:

    Source: .NET Runtime
    Application: Roamer.exe
    Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Desc: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception
    Exception info: System.AccessViolationException

I have installed the software on several other PC's/laptops without issue.
The laptop I am having the issues on is a Toshiba Sat Pro C660 (i3 processor/2Gb Ram, Win7 64 bit)

I have reset the laptop back to factory default install, and also cleaned off the .NET software & reinstalled, but still no joy.

    Any suggestions???

For starters, you need more RAM. I would consider 4 GB the absolute minimum to run 64-bit Win 7 without any other applications. If you are running any design-type applications I would consider 8 GB the absolute minimum.
