Summary: The ability to change non-physical iProperties and not create a new version

Description: There are many reasons to have this function, like running custom macros' for costing purposes and such. I run a macro that calculates the cost of the sheet metal part and write it to the Estimated Cost iProperty. But this bumps the version and creates dirty parent files. I'd like a series of iProperties (or even the standard ones on the Title, Summary and/or Custom tabs to be changeable without causing a version bump.
