Ability to Change Drive Dimension

Summary: Be able to change a driven dimendion after the affected one is deleted

Description: In sketch I would like to have the ability to edit a driven(reference)dimension if the other controlling dimensions & contriansts have been deleted or changed. To complete this functionality the ability to change an edit dimension to a driven (reference)dimension would also be nice.

How Used: I often times overconstrain a sketch with extra dimensions so I can see/verify the locations and sizes of from various baselines and features. Often I will need to change or remove the original dimension baseline. With Inventor I have to delete and apply new dimensions. I would rather have the option of modifing existing dimensions, saving me the time required to redimenion the features. I-DEAS NX has this sort of feature in it's sketcher.
