Default Be able to dimension e.g. the maximum/minimum distance between the edges of two circles.

Summary: Be able to dimension e.g. the maximum/minimum distance between the edges of two circles instead of only being able to dimension them between their center-points. The same problem occures when i want to measure e.g. the clearance between an arced surface and another surface, the i want the minimum distance and not the distance to the end-points or the center-point.

    Description: See above.
