Default Conduit - Cable Tray Disappears

We have a a couple projects that have several users collaborating on our 2012 Revit Servers. After synching they are noticing some conduit, conduit fittings or cable tray and cable tray fittings disappearing. Has anyone had this happen to them and what would be the fix?

If you are using worksets, did one of your users change one of the worksets to not opened before synchronizing? A while back we had a couple people freaking out that some of their work was gone after syncing. Come to find out someone was trying to control visibility on their work by closing some of the worksets, and didn't realize it was effecting everyone else in the model.

They are using worksets but that's not the problem. In fact they are not changing anything visibility wise before synching. The work is actually not hidden but deleted after synching. And it's not consistent. It may be a couple of fittings but not the entire run of conduit or a straight piece of conduit with the fittings. We have made sure lookup tables are in the correct places as well as a host of other possible fixes with no results.

So your saying it is random...

I'm not an expert on Worksets, so I'm grasping at straws here, but could it be:

something that invloves people checking out invidual items to work on?

    maybe your network?

2 or more people syncing at the same time?

Someone working on the items behind them and saying.... (what is this doing here...) and deleting them?

Warnings being generated and some clicking on the 'delete item' fix?

Or maybe it is a valid bug... Where the ID's are the same as other items that were deleted so it deletes them...

    Anyway hope that sparks something...

    Thanks for the ideas.

They own the workset they are working on at the time.
We are using Project Bluestreak to avoid synching at the same time.
I have created a routine so we don't get duplicate marks.
This is happening on two of our 12 or so Revit projects that are on our servers so the network is very stable.

And again, thanks for all the ideas. We are willing to try any and all possible solutions.
