Create a Surface from Z points from Lidar image?

Hi, newbie here.
My issue is I'm trying to create a 3D surface from the top Z points of a Lidar image.
DOn't imagine there's an Easy button for this?

Any help would be appreciated.

A topographic surface? probably want to be using Civil3d or another civil design add-on. Vanilla Acad is not the tool of choice, at least not without some significant help
