Lisp routines not loading in 2013

The CUI is loading and I and getting my toolbars/menus but the associated lisp routines are not loading.
I am getting unknown command. Everything was working in 2010 just fine...

Path of CUI is in the working file structure, .mnl is also named the same as the CUI file.

What changed in 2013 that my commands are not loading?

I found out what issue I was having...

C:\program files\autodesk\autocad 2013\support\en-us was not listed in the support path.
It was listed as "C:\program files\autodesk\autocad 2013\support

All seems well.
