I'm adding a project startup sheet to our template so each project will open to this "title screen" and give the user some quick basic info about the job. I've got job name, job number and key personnel parameters as a good start.

I would like to add the information that appears from the Show History tool to this startup sheet (Date/Time Stamp, Modified by & Comments). Is this possible? I'm not finding an obvious way.

What other info are people adding to this sort of page?
