Default New central file on Revit server

Is it possible to create a central file from inside of Revit server? I'm just setting up our office WAN with the Revit server 2013 and I am having problems.

    Anyone have any ideas?

No. From your Revit, you save a project as central, in a folder in Revit Server.

You can if you install Revit on your Revit Server. But you still need to use Revit to save as central to the Revit Server.
