Calendar created by various Broderbund calendar design programs; contains dates and events, separated by months; may also include custom images for each month and user-defined formatting.

If you don't mind converting them and if you're allowed to (can't imagine why not). Then some image editors could do this for you. I'd suggest XnView, its open source, can open CAL files and save to several formats (e.g. JPG, TIF, GIF, PNG, etc.) and most nice can do this on batches of files in one step.
Thanks for all the helpful tips. These are indeed simple Raster Images that we could Insert...I was hoping for actual drawings...oh well.
If you need this converted to linework, do a google for raster to vector convert. There's quite aq few progs out there, some better than others
