    Default Consistency

Summary: Have similar commands be consistent with any other.

    Description: Example:
First, window to highlight a group of objects. Click 'Modify' - Copy, Move, Scale etc. then complete command.
Click 'Modify' - Object - Polyline - then you have to click 'M' (Multiple) to highlight the object to complete the command. Window to highlight a group of objects at first will not work.
Not very consistent for a similar command!

There is no reason to select Polyline unless you intend to use a polyline-specific command; Copy, Move, Scale, etc all work perfectly well - including selection by window.
For some polyline-specific actions there is Mpedit.
All th object types available under 'Modify - Object - ' are non-simple types.

    Or I'm missing something.
