    Default Clash Detection Icon Missing

    hello,

It's kind of strange that my Clash Detection Icon is missing in the classic toolbar but is present in the Standard interface.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
    I am using Manage 2013(64bit)-Build June 10,2012 Version10.1.0.87981.

    regards

I hate to be Captain Obvious here but... just use the Standard Toolbar.

I myself keep everything simple. No shortcut keys, no fancy commands or API changes. I have to support over 100 users with quite the varying degree of experience and it's easier to keep things simple.

The one mod I do on my own computers is I have a Logitech M510 mouse (two actually) and they're paired together. I can use either mouse with my computer in case I forgot one on my desk, I have my second one in my go bag as I go to meetings a lot.. Anyway, the reason I use that mouse is because of the two buttons on the side. The front one I've programmed for the Pick arrow, the back one for the Happy Feet. Huge time saver.

Embrace the Ribbon my friend. It will save you headaches by the thousands..

BTW, the model I'm currently working on has 730 drawings attached to it. Managing the model, rules, selection sets is enough without having to stop and explain to someone why I'm using the Classic Interface..
Give a man AutoCad, and he'll draw you a floor plan.
Give a man Revit and he'll build you a house.

    Thanks mate,

The reason why I'm looking for that "mystery icon" is for a training manual that I am creating right now for my colleagues who do not want to use the Ribbon panel.
And that is the sad part

    cheers

Just tell them "Change is inevitable, resistance is futile." To be honest, I haven't even looked at the classic menu since I started on 2011 last year.

You can also show them the 'ALT' 'H' 'CD' shortcut.. or just use 'Ctrl' F2..

Want better take up with the Ribbon? Tear off panels to create "super toolbars". That usually hooks my toolbar-lovers.

We should also write an API routine to have them explode and scatter all over the screen in random places!!

Dang, now I gotta learn API whilst going through 7,000+ clashes..
