Default Search and lookup feature for part references.

Summary: Add a filter or search ability to locate part references via current item number.

Description: Often is becomes necessary to locate the physical location of a part reference, either to edit or verify correct usage of the part associated with the part reference. With a drawing full of part references, this becomes quite the challenge to find the single part reference you're looking for. I'd like to see a FILTER (or some other search feature) that would allow a user to find a part reference(s) based upon the the current ITEM number that a user would type in. The result would highlight all part references in the user selected region that matches the item number typed in by the user. It would also be fantastic if a field could be set to the part reference so that we could customize how we wish these bubbles to be called out (as part of a text string for example).
