I am running C3D on Windows 7, 64 bit system. Objects quit a little while ago. Any ideas?

First thought is to ask what your OSMODE System Variable set to?

Running object snaps, or temporary command driven ones?

Is it possible that just the autosnap marker and/or aperture box are not enabled?
This could give the appearance that object snap is not working.
Command: Options
Drafting Tab
Make sure Marker and Aperture Box are checked.
