Missing Cell Markers for Curtain Walls

Any ideas how to force an infill cell marker to show up? Not sure why they aren't visible, but they as well as the blue wall justification line don't show up.

Is layer G-Anno-Nplt* either Frozen, Off or, if you are in model space of a layout viewport, VPLAYER Frozen?

* - Your layer may vary; for US Imperial content, this is the layer on which the Cell Marker component is placed in the out-of-the-box Model Display Representation for Curtain Walls and Door/Window Assemblies.

Yes that was it. i figured it out toward the end of the day but never removed this post.
