Default Plot to ANSI D PDF

I've received a request from a water district to provide them with a PDF on an ANSI D sheet size, but ANSI D is not a listed paper size (AutoCAD 2007). I can't figure out how to create a custom paper size either. Has anyone had experience with this issue?

Are you using DWG to PDF.pc3 to do this?
If so, there isn't a 22x34 size listed?

There are advantages to using Ansi D as the standard 'large' sheet size, primarily the ease of creating true half size sheets. Typically available office printers will do tabloid 11x17 (aka Ansi B) and letter, 8.5x11 (aka Ansi A), but it's much less common to have one on hand that can do Arch B (12x1.

I like using that size as it makes the half a true half, and have less problems with thin linewieghts cutting it close not showing up on certain printers

Do you have Adobe or some other PDF creation software loaded on your computer? If so, you should be able to use the driver that runs that particular program. And if that is the case, choose that driver which in turn will give you properties which you can set (i.e. sheet size) etc. If ANSI D is one of those listed see if you have the ability to set a custom page size. I'm assuming your titleblock, if you are using one, is 22x34?
