Default Windows 7 Pro, AutoCAD 2013 Error Code 104 - error adding User role in database

I was trying to view hidden files at C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp (I couldn't drill down below Users)
I searched using %Temp% with limited success
I can't remember what I did before this, but somehow I inadvertently changed something to my user account when trying to change settings so that I could view these hidden files and now I get Error Code 104 which apparently refers to an error adding user role in database, when I try to open my AutoCAD 2013 program. I think that I inadvertently changed something to my user account when trying to view hidden files. I think all I did was unclick the Read only button and then the system took over and made changes. I could not cancel out of it.

I tried resetting my User settings to default, but nothing has changed. My AutoCAD 2013 session still gets hung up and I can only delete it from Windows Task Manager. I verified that I do have Admin. rights as User. Any suggestions?

    Hi, welcome to AUGI.

Sorry, I can't help with your current problem but, for future reference, here's where to set operating system files to be viewable -
